Everyday I set an intricate plan to meet my near impossible standards. I stagger then try to rush and make up time creating a rushing rhythm with lots of stress.
Some days just don’t start off great and it can really throw a wrench in the overall mood. Affirmations can be a valuable tool to dodge the wrench.
Yoga may look easy but can be extremely challenging as it tests strength, balance, and flexibility. I learned this the hard way.
